Robin of TikTok’s beloved family channel, @TheRosenthals isn’t just “The Internet’s Mom” – she’s the fact checker we desperately need and deserve in these BS times.
Earlier this week, Robin’s children, Sam and Emma took to TikTok to flaunt their mother’s sleuthing spirit, sharing a video flaunting her skepticism at the elaborate sandcastles on display at Peddlers Village in New Hope, Pennsylvania.
“I’m gonna just touch it, it’s not sand,” Robin said standing before a massive shoe-shaped structure touted as a sandcastle.
“That’s real Mom,” Sam replied over his mother insisting that the shoe was actually made of plaster.

Even with his reassurance, Robin wasn't buying it.
“It is plaster. There is no sand,” she said after directly disobeying the “do not touch” signs. “When you have a sandcastle at the beach and you touch it, you make a hole in it. That is hard as a rock.”
“You know what, I believe her,” quipped TikTok user @alanig199.
Robin, the straight-shooter the world needs.
